While I was trying to work out the bylaws I discovered that I have to write a Founder document. My vision is too large to communicate any other way. The board certainly agreed that this is necessary before we can move on. So I am working on this document and while I am doing so, I find myself guided in some of the details.....and changes in my idea come to mind.
So bear with me for the time being.
